Using a pencil, and a ruler you will create drawings of letter shapes in different fonts.
Use the handouts or Canva to find letter shapes to study.
Create drawings of 6 different letters.
You can use the letters of your name, or any letters you choose.
Steps:
Divide your paper into 6 sections
Draw one letter carefully in each box
Write the name of the font (if available)
Write the name of the classification (Serif, Sans Serif, Blackletter, Script, Display)
Repeat these steps, with a different font and classification each time
You will draw 6 different letters from 6 different fonts
Use the ruler to create straight lines when necessary and to create correct proportions.
