The Evolve Entertainment Fund
A paid internship program within the entertainment industry HIRE LA’s Youth is placing work-ready young adults into paid internships within the EntertainmentIndustry which includes TV, Film, Music, Digital Media, Live Events, and Journalism. Students are
eligible for a variety of positions within the industry including those at talent agencies and music labels, within marketing/PR, production, art, animation, administrative, event production and more. The program will train students in the soft skills they need to be competitive for these positions, and these internships will help you advance your career.
To participate, students must attend a Work Readiness Session. Please see details below and register today!
HIRE LA’s Youth Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Community College or Cal State University
• Between 18-24 years of age
• Right to work in the U.S.
• Resident of the City of Los Angeles
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and maturity in a professional setting
• Must commit to a fulltime Summer internship program (June-Sep, dates vary)
HIRE LA’s Youth Must Complete:
1. Session 1: Job Skills Workshop – See your college coordinator or attend Saturday,
March 17, 2018 (8:15 am-12:00 pm)
2. Session 2: Work Readiness Interview – See dates below (by initiation only upon successful
completion of Session 1)
